I have to book-in by this evening already.

There is alot of question marks in me right now. I hope by being in camp I can stop thinking so much as the training will just wear me out.

I’m told to let it go, but letting go ain’t really my forte. Oh well, I’ll just have to take one step at a time. Now I have to worry more about my toe as I’m at high risk of infection right now.

I realised one thing, alot of people talk about finding happiness. But I realised that happiness is not about finding it, you can decide if you want to be happy anot. So if you want to be happy, just be happy. You dun have to find it. Its all controlled by you. So stay positive, and never let problems worry you, as long as you want to stay happy, nothing can make you sad. Just some food for thought.

Spent the whole Saturday at home doing up a new photo portfolio. Its for putting up my best photos so that next time I can show it to my clients. Haha

Hey everybody! I’m back home already!

Actually I’ve reached home yesterday, but was very tired so I didn’t update my blog. I bookout earlier den usual because I actually went for a surgery on my toe, and was given 5 days MC to rest at home. Now I can’t even walk properly.

Just now I went to the polyclinic to have my wound dressing changed, just to change a dressing for the wound I waited for at least 3 hours. Thats really crowded for a weekday. I have to go back to the polyclinic on Friday for appointment to change my dressing again. This time I will put many episodes of “Heroes” on my mp3 player and watch while i’m waiting.

A very big thank you to everybody, especially my friends and family, for giving me alot of support and encouragement before my NS.

I promise no matter how tough it is going to be I won’t give up, because I know I have everybody behind me giving me their moral support.

Today is so-called my last day of freedom. Haha

But I am staying at home for the whole day instead of going out and enjoy my last day. Because my toe got from bad to worse and now its very painful and bleeding profusely. Can’t even walk properly now.

I also still cannot find my CMPB medical checkup status report, with the toe and status report problem, i can foresee a very ‘good’ start for my NS.

Anyway I need to use today to pack all the things I need to bring in. So its good that i’m staying at home too.

Today’s shoot brings me back to why I like photography at the first place, the beauty of mother nature.

This is the first time i’m doing macro as a theme for photography outing, was quite a fun one chasing butterflies.

This might be the last time i’m posting pictures because i might not have anymore chance to shoot again, so I really hope you guys like it.

Its Wednesday already, time seems to pass so fast suddenly. 2 more days before I go in!

I have settled most of the things I want to settle already, and is already mentally prepared for what lies ahead. I still remember long ago a fortune teller (more like a doomsayer) that predicted my death during NS. Not that I really believed in such things, but it just came into my mind. Anyway, even if its true, its an honour to die for the country I loved.

Been getting restless nights these few days, if you realised this post is written at 8am, its because I couldn’t sleep till now. My insomnia is getting from bad to worse.

Later I will be going to a butterfly park to shoot pictures of this beautiful insect. Hope I can get some good shots!

Whenever you tell a white lie, do you think you’re doing a good thing or a bad thing? Do you feel bad at all?

My that same friend i mentioned in my earlier post, recently just told her some “white lies” so that she would think badly of him and den forget about him. As the saying goes, “Hatred is easier to forget than love.”

The reason he do this is cos he is going away for awhile and dun want her to think of him and his good, or else it’ll affect her from getting another BF. Yup, he feels really really bad about it, but i guess its inevitable.

Some of you might ask why would he make her like him just to make her hate him in the end?

All i can say is he last min den realised she won’t be happy with him, and should let her find her true happiness.

This blog post is not about me, its about a very good friend of mine.

He treats this girl very well, he think of her in every way, and tries his best to make her as happy as possible. He was always patient with her no matter what. She likes him too and she admits it, but she always say she is not good enough for him, not worthy to be with him. My friend even stated that he dun expect anything back from her, all he wants is just to see her happy. She even stated that he is too selfless.

The girl keep insisting that if she accept him it would be very unfair for him cos she won’t treat him as well as he treat her and is scared that when they are together she won’t cherish him. Its very obvious they like each other, but its very weird that the whole situation is like this now.

After listening to the situation, I began to wonder if he wasn’t so selfless would the situation be better? The whole situation seemed so simple yet complex. Frankly speaking, i feel for my friend.

“There is No Spoon” – The Matrix (1999)

As I was trying to compose songs just now I was looking for inspiration, I was wondering how should I go about being more creative so I can come out with more original songs. Just when i was thinking about it, this quote from The Matrix came into my mind. For people who have not watched The Matrix, they will be clueless what this quote is about. To those people, I urge you to grab a copy of a DVD and watch at home now. Its a very very deep movie and it talks alot about life.

What people try to do when they want to be creative is to “think out of the box”. But that’s the wrong way to go about it, what Neo understood from that quote is, there is no box to think out of. We think there is a box because we create a box and put ourselves into that box. Thinking that whatever that is in the box is real. Whatever outside doesn’t exist, the box is your world. By ‘thinking out of the box’ is a good step, but you are still in that box. It still limits your mind as long as the box exists. But the box doesn’t exists, your mind just tell you that it does.

The reason for posting this weird post is because I like the movie alot, and each time i learn something new from it. This is what i finally grasp of today, and I really like to share it with everybody. Hope you guys understand what I am talking about. Afterall, there is no spoon.
