Project Event Day!
by Navlem on Dec.20, 2008, under Misc
Today is the day of the event! I woke up early and get ready for my music class and the event after that.
As I was preparing my stuff and make sure I brought everything, Steve called me. He said that the event most likely is cancelled because there wasn’t any props or stage stuff related to the event at Orchard Cineleisure. I was frantic! It was written clearly at the site that the event will definitely be on today. So I told Steve to check out Cathay instead of Orchard Cineleisure, because the website says “Cathay Cineleisure”.
After conversing with Steve, I realised I am going to be late for my music class, so I left my house in a hurry and walked all the way to Boon Lay MRT station, which was around 20 mins walk. When I reached there I realised I forgot my wallet, and i had to walk back home, which is another 20 mins. I was so frustrated because I was late and I still have to walk back home. Lucky when I reached home Daddy was quite free so he fetched me to my music class.
Anyway the event was where it was suppose to be held, but it is just a small booth to let people aware about this campaign, nothing much, so all those waiting was in vain.
So we spent the time discussing about the project at Subways and talking cock. Haha
Tomorrow will follow Uncle Rob to Botanical Gardens for photography session
Check back for pictures!

Katong KTV
by Navlem on Dec.13, 2008, under Misc
Today Andy asked if i’m free after music class, because he wanna bring me to a KTV he usually go, and is very affordable. But today Edmund isn’t free, he has some school bazaar going on, so only Andy, Samantha and me went. It was quite good and yet cheap, overall i paid $3 for a few hours of singing. But because it is inaccessible i dun really like it, i still prefer top1.
Mummy is coming back to Singapore next thursday! Which is also Big Korkor’s Birthday. BTW my airtime on TV has been postponed to 25th December, 8.30pm.
Be sure to take note! ![]()

Role Play
by Navlem on Dec.09, 2008, under Misc
I’m suppose to do a roleplay today for the school, so I wore a working uniform to school because the roleplay was meant to start after school. But there was some problems and the roleplay had to start at 3pm, and school was released at 12pm, so had to wait for long time. We also had to go to Dover campus to do the roleplay, so we took a bus there and waited in Dover until 3pm.
Worse of all, Aaron Tang has to be the cameraman and the director, of all people. He was super fierce and was scolding everybody for everything he can think of. Even Nicholas wasn’t too happy with it. Anyway, lucky it was over quickly, and I walked to Dover MRT and came home myself.
Actually I have nothing much to write nowadays, due to my ever so boring life, but will try to update regularly still.
I’ll leave you guys with a quote of the day :
“If you can solve your problem, then what is the need of worrying? If you cannot solve it, then what is the use of worrying?”
Life is Fragile
by Navlem on Dec.03, 2008, under Misc
Few days ago, when I saw the news about the first Singaporean who died due to terrorist attacks, I was having serious food poisoning, i was vomitting like crazy and I couldn’t sleep in peace. I couldn’t even walk properly. It was quite a frustrating night and yet I had some time to think, while waiting for my next surge of vomit to come out.
A innocent person who just went to Mumbai for just merely a day had to die on the day she went there, even striking toto also not so lucky. Come to think about it, anything can happen anytime anywhere and anyhow. Frankly speaking, i’m all prepared for unexpected events. The world is now in chaos, with the extreme climate changes and unexpected natural disasters, man made disasters like those terrorists and tainted food. Nobody is safe anymore. Life is fragile.
So cherish and treasure everybody around you whilst you are still alive and kicking. Live your life to the fullest, do not waste anymore time thinking twice, just do whatever you want to do.
